Employee profile creation advantages

Why do I need to create an employee profile? How exactly will it force the work? I can’t understand, whether I need to create an employee profile for each employee or not?

Employee profile is a monitoring category in TimeVizor system. You may define certain settings for each category to get more efficient monitoring. You can divide your employees into some groups (employee profiles) with different monitoring level.
Thanks! So I don’t have to create many profiles if I want to set the one monitoring level for all employees.
